§ 143-261. Prohibited uses.

The following uses are prohibited in the RPBD:

A.
Conversion of a single-family residence into a tourist home, rooming house or boardinghouse.

B.
Two-family conversion of a single-family residence.

C.
Multifamily conversion of a single-family residence.

D.
Multifamily apartments.

E.
Family day-care home.

F.

G.
Sale of used automobiles, recreational vehicles, boats, and trucks with a GVW in excess of one ton.
