§ 138-28. Parking regulations.

Between November 1 and March 31 of each and every calendar year, no vehicle shall be parked on the odd numbered, postal address side of any street or road in the Township when snow, as defined in § 138-27, starts to fall, unless there shall be no off-street parking available at or within 300 feet of the residence property owned, occupied, used or visited by the operator or possessor of such vehicle or business establishment.
