§ 138-9. Right turn on red signal.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3112(a)(3)(ii) of the Vehicle Code, no person shall make a right turn (or a left turn from a one-way roadway into a one-way roadway) on a steady red signal at the locations described below:

Red Signal Facing Traffic on	Direction of Travel	At Intersection of
Egypt Road	West	Egypt Road, Park Avenue and Pawlings Road
Evansburg Road	South	Germantown Pike
Level Road	North	Ridge Pike, Level Road and Evansburg Road
