§ 123-43. Stormwater management.

A.
The management of stormwater on the site, both during and after completion of the land disturbances associated with the proposed subdivision or land development, shall comply with the standards and requirements of the Township Stormwater and Erosion Control Ordinance. The design of any temporary or permanent facilities and structures and the utilization of any natural drainage systems shall be in full compliance with the terms of that ordinance and the interpretations of the Township Engineer.

B.
When an application for a building permit is filed for any land development or any lot created by a subdivision under this Part 1, the building permit shall be conditioned upon consistency with the approved stormwater and erosion control plan for the entire tract.
