§ 107-4. Violations and penalties.

Any such street/corner temporary vendor who engages in the selling, soliciting or canvassing of goods aforesaid without first having obtained approval from the Township Manager of said township or without having complied with the rules and regulations prescribed by the Township Supervisors shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution; provided, however, that each day's violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
