§ 104-6. Violations and penalties.

Any person failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable for each such offense, upon conviction before any District Justice within the magisterial district within which the Township of Lower Providence is a part, and shall be fined not more than $300, together with the costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days, or both, and each day's failure to comply with any such provisions shall constitute a separate violation.
