§ 37-1. Creation.

The Planning Commission is hereby created and established in accordance with the Act of July 31, 1968, Act 247, known as the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, with all of the powers and duties as permitted by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code as set forth herein.
