§ 27-2. Limitation of rights and obligations.

The grant of the above power to the above-named Lower Providence township officials shall not in any way be deemed to confer upon them any rights, duties or obligations of police officers of Lower Providence Township, with the exception of those powers necessary to properly administer their township functions. They shall not be considered policemen under the terms of the Police Tenure Act.
